juvenile russian swallowed a tube help

9cm russian tort went missing for 4 days when found was very very thin,
force feeding was sucessful by 3rd day gained weight...
(i am a responsible adult and not a novice, done before with others and i had to do this when i got them 18months approx... they were nearly dead from mistreatment in a pet shop, so i am well practiced at this)
then disaster..... silocone tube very flexible 1.5mm wide about 2.5 cms long slipped off syringe and he swallowed it ....
As yet no ill effects... gave bath to help process...two hours ago..... will be tommorrow till i get it to vet...
So should i feed him? ...will he survive?... what will vet do?... will he just poo it out ? ....omg...omg
sorry i know this may seem trivial to you experts but i am going frantic with worry ...i am now on an all-nighter watching him....
