I also own 2 Leopard Tortoises, you should really do some intense research on how to take care of your Tortoise. Be sure to soak your Tortoise in warm but not hot water 2/3 times a week for 10/15 minutes or so. This helps to both hydrate him as well as aides their digestive system. Be sure to also find the best foods for him. Lettuce is not the best diet and your tortoise will suffer from not having the appropriate vitamins and minerals. A diet of lettuce is not going to give you a healthy tortoise of any kind. It is certainly not good for a leopard tortoise.
