Lose motion in white color

My Star tortoise is sick, it is suffering from lose motion and it either white or black in color. pls let me know what shall I do ;-(

you need a vet check.
also, if you are getting a tortoise, please don't get a star. they a very hard to care for and die often, they are for the experienced tortoise keeper.
Anyways, go to the vet.
