Mountain Tortoise

I have found a tortoise in the mountains in the Eastern cape Molteno (Home of Ouma rusk)

I live in Gonubie east London .

Will he adapt and survive on the coast?
Will he bite my Kids?
Do I need to return him to the mountain?
