my franny isnt eating & walking

hi,

my indian STAR TORTOISE of around 2 years isnt eating from last almost 3 weeks.even we dont find him walking also.it seems that he has a problem opening its mouth & is not able to cut leaves .we also observed that its neck has swallow-en.

plz suggest .

YES..its a new behavior.... Franny is with us for last two years now....we have not experienced such problem except during winters.
Thanx any way for the suggestions...

Is this a new behavior?

You didn't say how long you have had this animal. If the behavior is new, you should see a vet as soon as possible.

If the animal is new to you, be sure you are feeding the correct foods and that there is enough sunlight for metabolization of the food.
