My Indian star tortoise

I AM LIVING IN WESTERN INDIA AND HAVING INDIAN STAR TORTOISE. I AM HAVING IT SINCE 2 YEARS AND KEPT IN MY HOME. IN LAST 10 TO 15 DAYS IT HAS BECOME RESTLESS.PREVIOUSLY TORTOISE USE TO SLEEP FOR MORE THEN 18 HRS IN A DAY BUT NOW HE SLEEPS ONLY IN THE NIGHT AND ROMING WHOLE DAY IN THE HOUSE.WHY HE IS BEHAVING THAT WAY ?

be sure yuor tortoise is warm enough. If it is, then be sure your tortoise is offfered the right type of food. If there is still a problem, see a vet. Good luck.
