My Nicuraguan Slider Has a What appears to be a White Worm Sticking out

Ok, I just seen my Nic Slider go to the Bathroom but this time what looked to be like a white worm coming out. She passed some of it and i scooped it out. Then there was some sticking out of her so I pulled it all the way out. It was at least 8 inches long so I don't think it is an undigested goldfish intestine. I just learned Goldfish aren't good for them and I promised myself after they finish these I Would get them Guppies and Now this happened. Does anyone know what this is? Should I separate her from the Pack? Should I take all the Turtles to the Vet? I am so confused and upset. Please help me. Thanks -Brandon
