he wont eat and he has a runny nose whats wrong with him? he was fine yesterday

A tortoise can become very sick very quickly.

Yours probably has a cold. The best thing is to see a vet to be sure that is the problem and to plan together how to treat your pet.

Keep it slow and steady.
