My Sick Mississippi Map Turtle

I have two Mississippi Map baby turtles and one doesn't look like he's doing so well he keeps flipping over on his back and laying there for a couple of min. Is he sick, stressed, or dying? I also ran out of turtle food is there anything else I can feed him?

I'm sorry I odn't know about the flipping over bit.

As for diet, a Mississippi Map Turtle in eats insects and earthworms and small feeder fish.
