my salcata spurred tortise is blowing bubbles and watery eyes and coughing i can not afford a vet rite now is there something i can do to help him please

Get your tortoise help right away. Or give him to a person that can look after him and who will get him the help he needs. BEFORE YOU LOOSE HIM!!

He needs antibiotics! If there is an animal shelter or turtle/tortoise rescue nearby, perhaps they will help? Try to get help right away! Good Luck!

YOur pet really should see a vet. At the very least, you need to be providing proper lighting and nutrition. The substrate should also be what is recommended for your type of tortoise.
