my sick turtle

i have two water turtles the have been good for 1 yr and 7 months, how ever one of them for the past 4 months has have her eyes closed and swollen and it wont open them she dont eat and it looks like is suffering i would love to find out how can i help her eye get better, my son really loves them and i want to sva her
