My red tortoise Tj sleeps a whole day or two so does that means he is sick or what should i do?

You don't say how much it is sleeping. If it really is sleepign more than woudl be normal, it is probably because it is cold. A red footed tortoise lives in central America, so the temperatures there will fell right to it.
