My SulcataTortoise keeps going in the rain?

Why did my adult 15 year old Sulcata choose to stay out in the cold rain all night? She has done it 3 nights in a row even when Ive carried her back and put her in her warm house???

 Heating?

Have you checked the temperature in her house? Maybe it's too hot. Sometimes bulbs can go a little wonky.

Keep it slow and steady.
