my tortoise is sick

my tortoise has runny white fluid coming from his eyes he doesn't want to move very much and his eyes are like closed shut and he isn't eating what do you think this is?

Sick Tortoise

Your tortoise is definitely sick. Just as a doctor cannot diagnose a patient without see him or her, no one can diagnose a tortoise without seeing it.

Whatever is wrong, your pet will need some medication. The vet will know which medication when the vet sees your pet.

You may also have to change some things in your pet's environment. The vet will know if that is the case, too.
