My tortoise isnt weeing

My tortoise isnt weeing or pooing, its been a week since he last pooed and about 2 weeks since he last peed. I feed him lettace and mixed salads with vitamins on top and I soke him in luke warm water every day, he has a light and heat lamp and moves about, is there anything I can do?

Your tortoise will usually pee and poop in the warm water if u soak them long enough...about 20 minutes....also they could pee in their enclosure and. Unless you're watching every minute u would not know. ...are u leaving a water dish for him and does he act healthty. They do sometimes eat their poop. Just keep an eye on him....if your really worried take him to a veterinarian..
