my turtle is restless....will it die??

My turtle has been quite restless for about a week already... it refuses to eat and is not as active as before .....it juz lie there and sleep whole day long....
i am scared tat it will die...
i feed it with the food i got from the pet shop and changes its water at about 3 to 4 days interval....
pls help....

Restless turtle

First, I'm confused. Restless would mean really active. Which is it? Is your turtle really active, or really inactive?

Second, if you are worried about your pet, the best thing you can do is take it to the vet. A physical examination will tell a great deal. So will the questions a vet will ask you.

Keep it slow and steady.
