Hi! Could you post a pic? Really hard to tell without one. It could be anything. Do you have other turtles? That's a usual biting spot. Do you have a heater? It could be a burn. Is the nuchial scute long? It could be rubbing it. Anyway, we really need pics to tell you what it could be.
