hey my female yellow bellied slider has got flakey skin it on her legs and around her neck. theres quite alot could there be a problem or is this normal growth?

Flaky skin

A certain amount of shedding skin is normal during growth. Once the animal is full grown, you should not see mass shedding.

its new skin

ur tortoise is growing. its getting its new skin. its very normal. even humans shed there skin (its called as dead skin).
