my yellow bellied turtle Pacific

my yellow bellied turtle's shell has turned purple on top. on his belly, the creases have also turned pink! is this a sign of illness or is it normal for them to do this? he lives with 3 other musk turtles and all get along fine, they havent changed at all. please help?

Pink on the plastron (under shell) is not a good sign. Your animal probably had a blood infection and should see a vet as soon as possible.
