new spur thighed not eating today and sleeping alot

my new spur thighed tortoise is approx 18 months old we collected her two days ago and since then she has only eaten on the first day that we brought her home and slept since, we have the uvb and heatlamp set on a timer from 6am to 6pm, with the heat mat and probe set to maintain a heat of 81 deg F at all times, should we be worried?? are we doing something wrong..
