Not wanting to move or eat.... Worried!

I have sulcata tortious, he has been doing great. But a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that he doesn't want to move, open his eyes, or eat. I'm really worried! We have been feeding him baby spinach. His shell is also getting soft around the bottom.... Please give us any advise ASAP!!
