I am so sorry to hear that the treatment you have had has not produced the result you wanted. It seems to me that the best thing you can do is see the vet again. Just as doctors sometimes must see a person multiple times to give a full treatment, sometimes vets must see an animal more than once to complete a treatment.

If it does, then most probably it has respiratory infection. Refer your terrapin to a vet asap, as it may be life threatening if it keeps going on like that, and if nothing's been done for some time.
