Oral problem

Hello thank you very much for this service.

My tortoise is wommiting blood from his mouth its like a bubble of blood is forming in his mouth. sometime it busts with all the blood. This happens twice a week when i put him in water for feeding him. mostly he stays out of water except for eating.

i hope can get help on this fast because recently he has stopped eating food.
