Orange lump

Hey, my tortoise has a orange lump, with what looks like a wort in the middle of it on his back leg, his other one doesn't, he also has a smaller one on his neck.

Also, my tortoise lost two claws, maybe coming up for three (Don't know why, when he randomly lost one from a fall, the others may have more pressure on them, and as he is often outside and they need to be long...) what should I do???
