OVERGROWN SHELL

my horsefield tortoise ruby age 3 visited the vet a few weeks ago and he said that her shell is overgrown which means her shell has growwn too fast and gave funny markings on her shell should i worry about this?

what are you feeding her and how often, most shell deformities are from the diet.
