Turtles Laying Eggs
by: Shelly

Turtles can lay eggs without a mate, just like chickens can. Those eggs will not be fertile. You should remove them.

A turtle or tortoise can lay fertilized eggs a long time after breeding -- sometimes 2 years. So if there is a chance your turtle was bred in that time frame, she may have fertile eggs.

Keep it slow and steady.
