Please Help!

My 1 year old spur thighed tortoise's back legs wont work they move but he keeps flailing round goin in circles also it sounds like air escaping when he breathes. Please help i dont wanna loose him!

I know this is late, but I can read your frustration.
I can't say for sure, but I think the point is that your pet is (was) so sick it NEEDS to see a vet. Some things can be safely left. Others can't.
