I have a tortie that is aprrox 1 1/2 yrs old. took her outside 2 days ago and let her cruise. I noticed yesterday kinda slowed down and a little lethargic. today I notice that the sides of her neck - she looks like she may be having trouble breathing. When the side of their necks looks like they are moving faster than normal could this be a problem??
