pregnant painted turtle?

i rescued a painted turtle from a kids fishing pole. she has done great. she is a very happy anergetic picky eatin turtle. we have had her about a month now. she keeps freaking out and scratching at the glass. she is just all sorts of disturbed and upset. i was thinking that she might be pregnant.
