we changed the water in the tank got it too warm and now our Francis back legs will not come out of her shell? What do we do? Our local vet does not deal with turtles

it hasen't got any problem with heat and uv since the country is very sunny. It seems that it has no appitite. Thanks for your reply.

Take the animal to the vet if you are worried about it. The only other thing I can do is ask you if you have both UVB and heat lights for this pet.
