Pronounced lower jaw

My two year old spur thighed tortoise has a very pronounced lower jaw. The other two don't,so i am wondering should i seek vetinary advice?

my hermann tortoise is the same i only got him today could you tell me what you did please

I would certainly ee a vet. Without seeing the animal there's no wayu to say how serious this can be. But eating is really important, and misaligned jaws can be a problem in eating.
