Puffy Turtle Eyes

You animal has an eye infection. This will need treatment to get well. It may need Vitamin A and an antibiotic. A vet can tell you how much of each.
It would also be a good idea to thoroughly clean the environment so whatever caused the problem in the first place will not simply reinfect the eyes.
Keep it slow and steady.
