ok everytime i check on my red ear slider she is always upsidedown in the water i don't know what to do and it really has me worried please help thanks so much
water turtle on its back is not definately a good sign. visit a vet immediately. it might be a lung problem for your turtle.

If a turtle is upside down in the water, there's a chance there is a lung problem. Please take your pet to the vet. Turtles are not meant to be upside down in the water for any length of time.
