red foot tortoise

I noticed that my red foot have some white on the shell like at the bottom of the shell and the sides. I have the uv. Light the temp is about 75. I didn't see this before I started feeding it soft gel food and forzen strawberries. I don't know what it is or what to do.

I keep it on the dark brown mulch for the pet store. Sould I be using something better?

What type of vitimans should I be giving. Him or her?

how often and l how long should I put it in water?
