my 4 year old male hermanns tortoise has been incredibly restless recently and he isnt eating much. the only place where he can really walk around out of his tank is in my house (its winter so its too cold outside) but i also have a dog wandering around and although its far too layed back to show any interest in him im worried he might get an infection from hairs. what can i do? help!!
