my russian tortiose is not moving and it won't open her eyes but she is breathing she is only 3 years old she is from the wild but i got her from the pet store she's been like that for 4 days straight and she hasn't been eating ever since what should we do

It is most likely stressed out by it's new environment. Tortoises are used to roaming, basking, and burrowing outdoors. They are also solitary creatures. If you handle them a lot it will stress them out too. I would recommend that you check to see if she has the right accommodations, and don't handle too much. Still offer food daily. There could be a lot of reasons why she is sick. Since it was wild, you need to go to the vet and get a fecal test done to ensure she doesn't have any worms or bacteria.
