Russian Tortoise Swolen neck

My turtle has swelling around his neck area, I noticed this morning when I went to visit with him. When I saw him last night he had no swelling.

I will be bringing him to the vet early tomorrow I was just hoping someone could give me some incite pertaining to this type of w/e illness it might be.

If you need me to elaborate more on this just ask and I will do so.
