hi dear are u feeding your turtle some red colored vegetables or fruits, if yes then its pooing the same. its natural. animals poo is of the same color as they eat. if you are not feeding it with anything red, orange, or pink color, then rush to a vet.

Pink is always suspicious in my mind. It makes me think that somethign is bleeding somewhere inside. I'd take this animal to a vet.
