there seems to be a chunk of the bottom of my tortoises shell missing. there is no new "scale" or peice of shell (im not sure what to call it) growing into its place. what could this be from? she crawls over the edge of her ceramic pool into the corner, and i was thinking maybe it rubs it the wrong way, and it chipped? if so, what should i do?
