I am so sorry that you are scared. I'm even more sorry to say that you should be. Eye problems can be very serious. You really have to take your pet to the vet as soon as possible. The vet will diagnose exactly what the problem is and can tell you exactly what you have to change to have a healthy turtle.
It's best to see a reptile specialist, but a general vet will be better than no vet at all.
