Can you keep a Secada tortoise as a pet in Florida? if so where do you get them from? We have Gopher Tortoise here and they are protected by law. We have several that come through our yard and one the lives in the field here next to our home. He's been on the farm here for as long as I can remember, when I was young..and I'm 45 now.
