Sexing a baby red foot tortoise

Hey there, I have a male red foot and am looking to buy a female one. There is a breeder in my area selling babies but I do not want to accidentally buy another male. Is there a way to tell the gender when the tortoises are babies? I know that it is hard to differentiate until they get older but I was wondering if it is possible to do so when they are babies.
