Shedding Scales

Tortoises do shed from time to time. The best thing is to leave things alone. If this is really bothering you, you can try to GENTLY brush it off. But don't go at this hard. If it is stuck, leave it there. If it becomes a problem for the tortoise, see a vet. Or if you continue to worry, see a vet.

Keep it slow and steady.

hello,
shedding scales is a natural process. let it happen naturally. there's no need to brush off your turtles skin, it may hurt your turtle. it better to leave it as it is. the turtle will itself find some way out, as it is there nature. no need for you to worry.
