my baby tortoise is sick what sold i give him?

I do not no what to give my baby tortoise?
my friend told me to give him vegetable but it does not eat?
at winters where they go?

Some tortoises hibernate in the winter, but not all do. Since you didn't say what type of tortoise you have, I can't tell you if it hibernates.

A tortoise that is not eating at this time of year is probably sick. You should take it to a vet.
