Sick baby?

I just got a baby red ear slider to go with one I already had. They are the same size. When this one came, it was a lot lighter than the other turtle. It's been two days now and it's very sluggish and rarely goes into the water. It stays in the basking area most of the time. It's eyes are almost shut with mucus looking stuff and it seems to have bumps on it's legs that are a pinking color. I have kept it seperated from my other turtle because I don't know what it is. It also does not seem to be interested in eating at all... Any suggestions??
