Sick horsefield tortoise

Hi, I have a female horsefield tortoise, about 6-8 years old. We recently moved her to a new home. For a while now, she hasn't been opening her eyes atall, but when touched she reacts and moves her legs. She also hasn't been eating lately no matter what, we've tried bathing her and she still doesn't open her eyes. I'm very concerned about the fact she hasn't eaten in over a week and a half and hasn't opened her eyes for ages. What's wrong with her? thanks
