Sick Redfoot Tortoise

I have had my tortoise for about 4 months. She was healthy and happy. Her eyes are now bubbled shut, she won't eat and occasionaly opens mouth. She doesn't have a runny nose. I took her to the vet and they gave her a shot. She never gasped until she was given the antibiotic. Is there anything I can do to save her from dying?
