Your tortoise is very sick, and needs medical attention.. He needs the proper food, Vitamin A for his eyes, Calcium, phosphorus, for his bones and shell to keep them hard..B vitamins etc for overall health, and in order to encourage him to eat, he Needs UVA for warmth which encourages him to eat, and UVB, to help metabolize the food so that he gets his vitamins and minerals, to keep him healthy...
