My tortoise falls asleep, but when he is sleeping his front arms move and he goes to the corner of the cage and scratches in his sleep. Is this normal, or is this unheard of?
It looks like you have a Russian Tortoise, its normal for them to scratch the corners of their enclosures. You should make sure they cannot see through their enclosure. It gets them very anxious.
