Sleeping all the time

My Herman tortoise is usually very active, however the past two weeks she has slept 90% of the time, away from her heat light and hardly eaten. Why is this?

Minee is doingg the samee wouldnt worry it is winter so they burry themselves andd sleep even if you dont put them into hibernation.
